In the past there are 10 drivers who had pole position on Catalunya F1 track. From this 10 drivers only 2 not won the Formula1 Championship : Felipe Massa and Gerhard Berger.

At Catalunya Ferrari had 5 perfect weekends(pole, fastest lap and victory). In four races with the same car, and in 2003 Michael Schumacher had the pole and victory, and the fastes lap by Rubens Barrichello.
If we look at the top Formula 1 teams at Catalunya we found Ferrari in all tops. On the 2nd place there is McLaren except the fastest lap and victory stats.

There are four drivers who run in more than 10 races at Catalunya F1. They are Barrichello 15, Coulthard 14, Fisichella 12 and Trulli with 11.
There are 3 drivers who won a race each : Raikkonen, Alonso and Massa
. This drivers are those who had pole position on Catalunya from this season driver list.
We have 5 drivers who will debut on this circuit, and they are : Piquet, Vettel, Glock, Nakajima and Bourdais

It is a little strange but in this season in F1 at first 3 races are 2 fastest drivers, and both of them had their first F1 fastest lap in this season. This drivers are Heikki Kovalainen with 2 fastest lap this season in Australia and Bahrain. The other F1 driver is Nick Heidfeld.
In Sepang f1 race Kovalianen was not the fastest but he finish the race in position3. Heidfeld in the race where was not the fastest finish in position 2 in Australia and 4 in Bahrain.
Heidfeld in the first 3 races got 16 points and with 14 points got by Kubica after 3 F1 races this season BMW is in the top of constructors standing.

Next Formula 1 race is in Bahrain where this year will be the 5th F1 race on this track.
Regarding the two races in this season I notice that there are 5 drivers who got points in both formula 1 races this season : Lewis Hamilton, Nick Heildfeld, Kimi Raikkonen, Fernando Alonso and Heikki Kovalainen. The only team who got points in both races with both drivers is McLaren.
